Quality Control Center
Internal Training on Continuous Improvement in 2019
As a part of continuous improvement program in line with our quality policy, this training was organized by our internal trainer Mr. Huang Xiujie, the Quality Manager and HACCP team leader. All of the shift leaders of production department, quality control laboratory inspectors, QC supervisor and warehouse supervisor have taken part in the training.
External Food Safety Audit Conducted at Our Factory
It is a regular supplier audit carried out once every year, covering HACCP program, traceability exercise, food fraud and sustainability. The auditor of this annual audit is Mr. James Deng, Supplier Quality Manager (North & East Asia) of our customer Kerry.
On-site Inspection for Kosher Certificate
Our food-grade enzyme products have been Kosher certified since 2010, and the certificate has been renewed on annual basis ever since then.
