Glycosylated amylase SUPERMEI PW is obtained from Aspergillus Niger by submerged fermentation, extraction and purification.The conversion rate of starch substrate to fermentable sugar by SUPERMEI PW is very high.
It can degrade the α-Dmurl and 4 glycosidic bonds at the non-reducing end of starch one after another.
It can also hydrolyze the α-Dmurine 1 domain 6 glucoside branch bond of starch and cleave the α-1 line 3 bond to release glucose.
SUPERMEI PW has been widely used in alcohol saccharification production.

SUPERMEI PW is used to saccharify liquefied starch slime from a variety of sources, including corn, wheat, barley, wheat, rice, potatoes and cassava.The resulting glucose product is fermented by yeast or other appropriate microorganisms to produce ethanol.The addition amount of SUPERMEI PW is generally 0.70kg to 0.85kg / day.
The actual enzyme demand depends on the raw material, temperature, reaction time and pH value of a single plant saccharification / fermentation process, as well as its expected results.
For grinding grain processing plants that use simultaneous saccharification fermentation (SSF), SUPERMEI PW can be added directly to the fermentor.
For dry mills that grind grains and wet mills that use separate pre-saccharification steps before fermentation, SUPERMEI PW can be added to cooled dough or liquefied starch when the temperature reaches 55 to 60 °C. the temperature above 65 °C leads to loss of activity.
